The Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to attract new customers, optimize customer activation, and enhance user engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, social media, and events.
  • Optimize customer activation processes to ensure new users quickly understand and experience the value of Leona Health.
  • Design and launch campaigns to keep users engaged and active, using data-driven insights to tailor communications and interventions.
  • Execute growth experiments to test and validate hypotheses, using A/B testing and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and product team to gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
  • Measure and analyze performance, setting clear metrics and KPIs for growth initiatives.
  • Craft brand messaging to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Foster partnerships with influencers, schools, and other relevant organizations to drive growth.
  • Oversee content creation efforts to ensure alignment with growth goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience, preferably in an early-stage D2C startup (healthcare and/or LATAM experience is a plus).
  • Growth experience (1-2 years) in a pre-seed to Series A startup.
  • Complete fluency in Spanish.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools and a strong grasp of social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
