Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance, integrity, and quality in the Payroll CFDI reporting through HRMS payroll system and PAC.
  • Follow up on employee inquiries in the Service Now system.
  • Monitor and follow up on KPIs.
  • Promote continuous improvement.
  • Perform performance management for six team members.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams.
Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll processes and tax compliance.
  • Operational experience in a shared services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Banking Platforms. Knowledge of Oracle HRMS Payroll and Workday is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Critical thinking, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and time management.
  • Able to identify areas of improvement in established and new processes.
  • Ability to research and solve complex day-to-day situations.
  • Good communication skills to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Experience in payroll taxes, state taxes, social security, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
  • Attention to internal and external audits.
  • Conciliation of ISR vs CFDI.
  • Advanced Excel management.
  • In-house payroll and payroll with vendors.
  • Team management and leadership.
  • Results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
