The ICG Global Operations Training Partner will be responsible for the training of KYC Operations staff in both technical processes and soft skills, as well as providing support for new joiners and the wider operations. This role requires someone who can effectively transfer knowledge to trainees, improve the delivery of training, and simplify complex learning for new recruits.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the New Hire KYC Foundation Course for Banking, Markets, and Citi Commercial Banking (CCB) to various business levels.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all learning and development deliverables, queries, and requests.
• Develop and maintain good client relationships.
• Identify skill gaps and design/amend training material and assessments accordingly.
• Stay informed of business strategy changes, new policies, processes, and technology enhancements, and develop necessary training material.
• Maintain good housekeeping, including tracking attendance, publishing training invites, and following up with new hires.

Experience:

• Experience in delivering training to various levels within an organization is advantageous.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a banking and/or learning & development environment is required.
• Adult learning and technology-based learning experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of learning and development principles and Citi systems, products, and processes is advantageous.
• KYC/AML knowledge is a strong advantage.
