**What You'll Do**

In constant partnership with the business leader, you will propose efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantee the application of Group HR policies.

You will provide consultation to management on issues such as:

  • Annual Performance Plan
  • Affirmative Action policies and procedures
  • Wage surveys
  • Salary administration
  • Performance Management Process
  • Employment law

You will guide, support, and consult with location employees regarding career advancement and employee relations issues. You will identify training needs, plan, develop, and conduct in-house training programs.

You will assist the HR Manager or Supervisor in developing, writing, and implementing company policies and procedures.

You will coordinate company functions and activities and assist with special projects.

You may assist with administration and interpretation of the labor agreement. You may also work with labor union and/or third party mediator to resolve issues.
