**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as maintenance, mechanical engineering, or facilities management.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, operations, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in software applications, such as CMMS, ERP, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience with electrical installations, natural gas systems, fire protection, and air compressors.
• Knowledge of waste water treatment, air conditioning systems, and ammonia systems.
• Familiarity with ergonomic principles and arc flash safety procedures.
• Experience with instrumentation, electronics, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding of floor painting techniques and housekeeping services management.
