Job Description

As an HR Operations Manager with 3M in Mexico City, you will play a key role in supporting leaders and providing local support for supervisors and employees. You will promote and partner in creating a working environment that reflects 3M culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct accountabilities and execute job eliminations in compliance with local employment, labor requirements, and regulations.
  • Partner in the creation of solutions and service delivery that meet business and employee needs.
  • Listen, engage, propose a plan, and provide coaching around people and organizational concerns.
  • Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as corporate social responsibility and community engagement.
  • Lead complex HR projects, initiatives, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or correlated areas.
  • 5+ years in a HR business partner or strategic talent management role.
  • Expertise in local labor laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Strong employee and labor relations experience.
  • Advanced English.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Union negotiation experience is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and the ability to relate well to others at all levels across an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently influence across all levels.
