Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Sourcing & Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect categories, including facilities and other non-production-related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, implementing strategies to ensure continuity of supply.

Utilize Data and Analytics

Utilize data and analytics to analyze supplier performance, track cost savings, and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the organization to understand their indirect procurement needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on indirect categories.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements

Self-sufficient, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones. Be a strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing long-term sourcing strategies. Must be flexible to work across time zones, particularly CST. IT experience is a plus. Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
