Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Leader to join our team. As a Senior Performance Leader, you will be responsible for managing campaign timelines and delivering operational support in coordination with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:


  2. Manage campaign timelines and deliver operational support in coordination with internal and external partners.
  3. Ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality.
  4. Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
  5. Partner with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery.
  6. Ensure client transitions, from onboarding through offboarding, are properly supported and managed.
  7. Partner with planning brands to provide operational support for client contract and records setup and system maintenance.
  8. Maintain client reporting requirements and generate reporting templates in accordance with requirements.
  9. Support brand leadership in performing client audits.
  10. Provide additional operational support as needed.
