Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Infor. As a key member of our technical team, you will provide technical support assistance to customers, answering complex questions on product function and usage via telephone and/or Internet.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support assistance to customers via telephone and/or Internet.
- Answer complex questions on product function and usage.
- Serve as primary support liaison between company and customer.
- Communicate customer feedback to appropriate product development area.
- Contribute to and maintain information in global knowledge base.
Requirements
- Customer focus experience.
- Experience analyzing data research and solving functional software issues.
- Experience working in a Technical Support role.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Troubleshooting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Progress Databases.
- Windows OS.
- Linux/AIX.
- Cloud based solutions.
- SQL.
