About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technical Sales Architect, Digital Experience Monitoring to join our team at Dynatrace software GmbH. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in digital experience monitoring and business analytics technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of Solution Engineers who serve as our core product introduction, evaluation, and education experts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve team goals.
  • Elevate Dynatrace's product offerings during international trade shows and key customer account meetings to promote new and expanded business.
  • Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and incremental sales within existing accounts.
  • Lead technical solution evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and cloud architecture discussions in support of sales opportunities.
  • Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the opportunity sales cycle.
  • Develop best practices and share knowledge with the team to enhance capabilities.
  • Maintain close working relationships with product, engineering, sales, marketing, partners, and services teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience.
  • 3+ years of experience within the digital experience monitoring space with tools like AppDynamics, DataDog, New Relic, Catchpoint, GlassBox, Quantum Metric, Full Story, and Blue Triangle.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar capacity.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with instrumenting, configuring, and customizing real user monitoring agents for web and mobile apps.
  • Advanced experience with web technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with session-replay tools and mobile frameworks such as Cordova, Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, and .NET Maui.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The base salary range for this role is $168,000-$210,000, considering experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Total compensation includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
  • Medical/dental benefits and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement are also included.
