We're looking for a Digital Experience Architect to join our team in Mexico City (CDMX). As a key member of our UX Design team, you'll work closely with product managers, content strategists, UI designers, developers, and researchers to create exceptional customer experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop user-centered online experiences that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work on a large portfolio of transformational efforts, delivering solutions that are intuitive, seamless, and easy to use.
Responsibilities- Create user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and dynamic content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate through design concepts and refine them based on user research and feedback.
- Develop prototypes for UX research testing using industry-leading tools.
- Advocate for user needs while developing features that align with business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in design, preferably in responsive design and prototyping.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your process, level of craft, and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and processes.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, HCI, or related field.
