  • Proven track record of managing localization projects for high-profile brands and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of delivery specs across multiple media, ensuring content is optimized for distribution on multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of post-production processes including editing, dubbing, subtitling, and QC.
  • Understanding of VO talent booking and managing recording sessions across regions outside of the US.
  • Understanding of audio mix processes.
  • A natural problem solver who can find an answer or workaround to issues if a lead is unavailable and communicate those solutions when available.
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • A motivated, creative mindset focused on innovation and excellence in video content production.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Additional common programs include Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
