About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at GeekSource, a leading global cybersecurity company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and upselling/cross-selling;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and strategies;
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, including sales sheets and presentations;
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the cybersecurity industry;
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth;
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Knowledge of English and Portuguese or Spanish languages.
