Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Back Office HR team, managing sensitive and confidential matters, and providing expert guidance on HR procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and supervise the Back Office HR team, developing and growing them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Employee Relations and Confidentiality: Manage sensitive and confidential matters, including employee relations, organization changes, and protect the security of information, data, and files.
  • HR Expertise: Interpret, assist, and advise employees and managers on leave management, benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within specified guidelines.
  • New Hire Orientation and Employee Records: Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs, prepare documentation for new hires, and establish, maintain, and control employee records.
  • Training and Development: Support training and learning processes, providing recommendations on training courses, suppliers, programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes using a lean management approach, and maintain statistical information.
  • Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Culture and Mindset: Apply a lean methodology to drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of continuous learning, and promote a mindset of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HR-related topics and 2 years as a leader.
  • Skills and Competencies: Continuous improvement mindset, understanding and application of lean office management, problem-solving, and other relevant skills.
  • Leadership and Management: Ability to handle and coordinate multiple processes, prioritize tasks based on criticality and importance, and demonstrate accountability, results orientation, leadership, and managing complexity skills.
