- HR Expertise: Interpret, assist, and advise employees and managers on leave management, benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within specified guidelines.
- New Hire Orientation and Employee Records: Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs, prepare documentation for new hires, and establish, maintain, and control employee records.
- Training and Development: Support training and learning processes, providing recommendations on training courses, suppliers, programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes using a lean management approach, and maintain statistical information.
- Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Culture and Mindset: Apply a lean methodology to drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of continuous learning, and promote a mindset of innovation and excellence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Language Skills: Advanced English language skills.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HR-related topics and 2 years as a leader.
- Skills and Competencies: Continuous improvement mindset, understanding and application of lean office management, problem-solving, and other relevant skills.
- Leadership and Management: Ability to handle and coordinate multiple processes, prioritize tasks based on criticality and importance, and demonstrate accountability, results orientation, leadership, and managing complexity skills.
