Pricing Coordinator Job Description

Panduit is seeking a skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing pricing quotes that drive revenue maximization for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and effective pricing responses.
  • Manage pricing requests, including expired or outdated pricing information.
  • Negotiate discounts with consultants to meet business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the Pricing Department and the sales team.
  • Review and process renewal requests, providing increase recommendations as needed.
  • Process SPA relationship requests.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide backup support in Accounts Receivable, Oracle data entry, and renewal database ticket logging.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar areas.

Desired Skills:

  • Numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Lean certification 1 or above.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Advanced English skills (spoken/written).
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows.

Work Environment:

Day shift in Mexico.
