Lhr Américas is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead the transaction development and procurement process for Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT), Build Own Operate (BOO), and other relevant outsourcing models across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and project finance, with expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex third-party transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the transaction development and procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.
- Determine the scope and objectives of the transaction, offering commercialized solutions to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate internal subject matter experts' groups to ensure transaction progress.
- Lead multi-workstream evaluation and review developers' submitted proposals.
- Prepare transaction approval documents and manage required functional review and approvals.
- Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial, and marketing viability of new initiatives.
- Work with internal organizations and external investors to promote new business opportunities.
- Provide administrative direction to transaction teams and prepare job performance appraisals.
- Analyze companies, perform industry sector analysis, and interact with external financial advisors, lenders, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional licenses and continuing education.
- 12 years of relevant experience in business development.
- Expertise in project development, BOOT/PPP/DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
