Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role
TACNA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with customers, logistics teams, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and respond to sales-related emails in a timely manner
- Manage sales inquiry mailbox and update customers on order statuses
- Assist with order, quote, and shipping information data entry requests
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure products ship as instructed by sales team
- Prepare sales, logistics, and production reports
- Update customers directly on orders statuses
- Follow up on graphics inquiries with customers
- Account manage small to medium key accounts
- Assist team with day-to-day administration
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
