Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of calibration processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality calibration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of calibration processes
  • Compiling and summarizing calibration data collected from various sources
  • Organizing data into meaningful formats, such as tables or reports, to provide a comprehensive overview of calibration results
  • Performing data analysis to extract valuable insights and observations from the calibration data
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy in calibration across various versions or configurations of a product
  • Updating the CRETA (Calibration Requirements and Tracking Application) tool to enhance its functionality for recording, monitoring, and analyzing project calibration history
  • Preparing calibration reports, certificates, and other documentation required for compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2)
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 0 - 1 years of professional experience (Junior level)
  • Knowledge in diagnostics / emissions calibration or controls, or hardware or validation of electrified propulsion systems
  • Self-motivated/proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
