Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for Kohler Co.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of recruiters to execute a timely recruiting process and provide a gracious candidate experience.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure TA is aligned with business priorities and exceeds hiring targets.
- Mature and evaluate recruiting processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Identify, develop, and measure successful working relationships with local recruiting partners.
- Manage and drive performance to key recruiting measurements.
- Embed data analytics into all processes and performance discussions; adjust strategies based on metrics to improve results.
- Manage recruitment budgets; ensure cost effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze trends, conduct research, report findings, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team, with at least 2 years of that experience focused on high-volume manufacturing recruitment.
- Ability to travel 20%+ of the time to Kohler facilities across Mexico.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Corporate / in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience working in a multi-region TA COE and creating alignment with global processes, programs, and policies.
- Experience building or maturing a TA delivery team.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Experience managing TA delivery in multiple Latin American countries.
- Proactive; consultative; and can independently drive projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience making data-driven decisions.
