We are currently seeking a Material Inventory Specialist II in Ciudad Juárez to manage and control valuable materials in our plant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control inventories of valuable materials in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Johnson & Johnson Corporate Procedures and Guidelines.
- Certify assignment procedures using JDEdwards PLT computer systems.
- Knowledge of Precision Scales and localized warehouse operations.
- Conduct Cyclic Counts and Variant Research to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Verify electronic assignments and make physical transfers to shipments, warehouse, receipts, or quarantine areas.
- Assign engineering materials and service orders accordingly.
- Knowledge of materials detected with status Detainee H, Quarantine Q, or Rejected R.
- Participate in creating and labeling localized warehouse containers.
- Withdraw expired materials to the general store on a weekly basis.
- Familiarity with document filling and formats related to CdM or BWI.
- Completed high school or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the area.
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
