We are currently seeking a Material Inventory Specialist II in Ciudad Juárez to manage and control valuable materials in our plant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control inventories of valuable materials in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Johnson & Johnson Corporate Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Certify assignment procedures using JDEdwards PLT computer systems.
  • Knowledge of Precision Scales and localized warehouse operations.
  • Conduct Cyclic Counts and Variant Research to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Verify electronic assignments and make physical transfers to shipments, warehouse, receipts, or quarantine areas.
  • Assign engineering materials and service orders accordingly.
  • Knowledge of materials detected with status Detainee H, Quarantine Q, or Rejected R.
  • Participate in creating and labeling localized warehouse containers.
  • Withdraw expired materials to the general store on a weekly basis.
  • Familiarity with document filling and formats related to CdM or BWI.
Qualifications
  • Completed high school or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in the area.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
