About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Comonfort, Mexico. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing efficient production methods, workflows, and processes to optimize resource utilization and cycle times.
  • Reviewing, generating, and updating standard operation documents, including FMEA, Process Sheets, and Work Instructions.
  • Generating capacity sheets and standardized work to ensure seamless production.
  • Conducting line balancing to meet client requirements and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Project managing process improvement projects from planning to implementation.
  • Providing maintenance and control of standard operation documents.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2 years of experience in process engineering in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with Core tools, Lean, and Production.
  • Intermediate level English language proficiency.
