Aftermarket Parts Manager

Job Description:This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes to manage aftermarket orders, ensuring excellent customer support. The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for on-time delivery of orders and priority management with the Global Aftermarket Materials team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all required processes spanning multiple departments related to order fulfillment: scheduling, ECOs, pricing, packaging, transportation, and export.
Main Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for aftermarket materials, customer service, and sales teams for all order inquiries.
- Design and implement documented scalable processes to manage aftermarket orders without negatively impacting production.
- Create standard work and best practices for various part types (weldments, harnesses, painted parts, sub-assemblies) for each department (Purchasing, Sourcing, Scheduling, Warehousing, Production, and Distribution).

**Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Advanced English skills.
- 3-5 years experience in project management, scheduling, materials, logistics, or similar roles.
- 2-3 years experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., inventory planning, production management).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Oracle.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational ability.
**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
