Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Guadalajara. As a key member of our Employee Success Team, you will play a critical role in promoting a positive employee experience and championing our People First philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner strategically with managers and leaders to analyze key trends and metrics, and develop solutions to ensure a People First strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with Arrive's management team, understanding their business and team needs, and identifying areas of strength and opportunity.
  • Execute team organizational design and performance metrics, including succession management, talent assessment, leadership competencies, and development planning.
  • Provide top-tier employee relations support, investigating complaints and recommending resolutions.
  • Execute disciplinary actions, including performance plans, employee warnings, and terminations.
  • Partner with the Employee Success team and outside partners to ensure alignment and execution of human capital initiatives.
  • Advocate for a positive employee experience and create culture-building opportunities across the organization.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate on process improvements that enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Ensure proper handling of leaves and work-related issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Research and maintain Mexico employment and compliance updates, partnering with retained employment counsel as needed.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional leaders to devise and implement strategies that drive business results and team performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated knowledge of Mexico labor law.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on change management.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
