Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical projects that align with our company's security goals.
  • Partner with internal and external providers to ensure the effective delivery of security solutions.
  • Report and address cybersecurity as a business enabler, providing strategic guidance to our leadership team.
  • Oversee the technical tools and processes used to protect our company's assets.
  • Act as the central communication point for security initiatives across the organization.
  • Build and maintain security KPI/OKR dashboards to track our company's security performance.
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end security operations, ensuring the effective implementation of security measures.
  • Administer and execute security projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Exercise operational security decision-making authority, making informed decisions to protect our company's assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience and 3-5 years of experience with cybersecurity projects.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CITP, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Strong self-management, prioritization, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and prepare detailed status reports.
  • Proactive, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of security and technology frameworks, such as NIST and COBIT 5.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Technical skills in network and infrastructure security, information security, and strong command of information security measures.
  • Ability to work with various operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time employment.
  • $85,000.00 per month salary.
  • 8-hour workday.
