About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Tactical Buy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing sourcing data, understanding processes, and executing standardized tactical buying processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sourcing data and understand processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute standardized tactical buying processes, use of appropriate tactical buy tools, and negotiations.
  • Achieve SLA targets and maintain the appropriate control environment to maintain quality and service standards.
  • Support users in the development of specifications to get detailed user requirements and supplier expectations.
  • Use client's tactical buy system to process requests to increase myBUY adoption.
  • Identify potential vendors and obtain quotes as needed according to the company's policy.
  • Improve purchasing process, considering procurement policies regarding budget amounts.
  • Support users' doubts and comments about the review of the PRs created.
  • Help to assure myBUY automation target.
  • Participate in periodical meetings with the myBUY's Extended Team & Category managers.
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
  • Perform monthly analysis of the spend managed.
  • Lead trainings and sessions for category users.
  • Develop & support additional projects in order to increase myBUY adoption.

As a Tactical Buy Analyst, you will have a significant impact on PepsiCo's procurement processes, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements
  • Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand processes.
  • Good IT procurement skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point) nice to have SAP/ARIBA.
  • Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers.
  • Procurement and analytical background.
  • Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships with suppliers & Users).
  • Good English level (written and spoken).
  • Portugues – Nive to Have.
  • Professional presentation experience – nice to have.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in incident management.
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes.
  • Procurement background (ideal).
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP and ARIBA).
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure.
  • Basic Excel.
