About the Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Payments will be responsible for building and executing effective marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of payment methods on Amazon Mexico. This includes developing personalized content, targeting segment strategy, marketing channel management, and determining the appropriate methods and metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption of payment methods on Amazon Mexico.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR, and Engineering.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver experiences resonating with customers.
  • Think big, dive deep with technical teams, and work across partners throughout the larger Payments organization.
  • Lead the development of data-driven product marketing strategies, creating and implementing action plans, and influencing cross-functional leadership.
  • Anticipate and remove bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required, and at least 8+ years of professional background.
  • 5+ years' experience in product marketing across channels, including Out of Home and Digital media (paid and organic).
  • Demonstrated success in marketing communications, strategic segmentation, marketing management, and developing marketing content.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to execute high-quality deliverables.
  • Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and delivering on time.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product marketing channels, including Amazon Channels and mass media.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in payments.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
