Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Design/Verification Engineer to join our team. As a Design/Verification Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products, like row hammer mitigation circuits.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.
- Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
- Oversee and manage the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing.
- Collaborate with Micron's various design and verification teams all over the world.
- Support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing.
- BSEE or Greater, 3+ years of related experience is preferred for senior and above.
- Productive and efficient time usage thereby leading to more effective work.
- Satisfactory ability to convey or share ideas either verbally or in written form.
- Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc).
- Familiarity with Memory design and digital design.
- RTL design/verification experience is preferred. Familiarity with STA.
- A self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
