Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk team in delivering the full scope of Compliance services to our clients.
  • Support Compliance & Risk management tasks for a small set of client portfolios, including onboarding new customers and portfolios.
  • Support regular client meetings, manage and distribute agendas.
  • Interface with Operations and Maintenance providers, solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports for clients, integrating content from Operations and Maintenance provider reports.
  • Assist with regularly scheduled compliance filings and support compliance audit activities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.
  • Assist the team with problem resolution.
Required Qualifications & Education:
  • Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • University Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
Experience Required:
  • 0-2 years of experience in the domain.
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
  • Familiarity with project agreements and material terms.
  • Experience with a U.S.-based company is preferred.
