Job Summary

Grupo Prodensa is seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for classifying and recording financial information, generating financial statements and reports, and providing analytical support for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register all accounting operations in accordance with the corresponding NIF.
  • Calculate and register fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Determine the monthly check balance.
  • Debug accounting accounts.
  • Generate accounting reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Reconcile accounting accounts against reports in related areas.
  • Review all AP of the company.
  • Review monthly expenses accounts and provisions.
  • Prepare information related to Mexican authorities (INEGI, SAT, Secretary of Economy).
  • Review IMSS, SAR & INFONAVIT provision with the HR Department.
  • Prepare monthly and annual closing and attend external auditors.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset records and localization.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of NIF, Fiscal Law, SAP, ORACLE/ERP, Accounting, and IMSS Law.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • English (business level).
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Desirable experience in a multicultural environment.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position.
Working Conditions

General office and plant conditions. High to moderate noise levels.
