- Manage Digital Marketing Teams: Oversee the procurement and distribution of recurring paid digital media performance reports and provide actionable analysis.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ideate and innovate paid digital media tactics, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, digital technology, and metric measurement to recognize their impact on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- 3-5 Years of Digital Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with an acquisition-based focus is required.
- English and Spanish Language Proficiency: English and Spanish language proficiency is required.
- Experience with Digital Performance Marketing: Experience leading the execution of digital performance marketing (paid search, display, social media, metasearch) is required.
- Knowledge of Web Metrics and Digital Analytics: Comprehensive knowledge of web metrics and digital analytics to provide measurement of paid and owned/earned media channels is required.
- MS Office Proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) proficiency is required.
- Strong Analytical and Time Management Skills: Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and time management skills is required.
