Schneider Electric Norge As is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Project Manager to join our team in Apodaca. As a leader in the field of connected technologies, we create innovative solutions that transform industries and enrich lives.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planning Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing several regional Supply Chain and logistics teams on multiple projects across various geographies. Your primary objective will be to ensure that Supply Chain processes are designed, implemented, and qualified throughout the Offer Creation Process, resulting in sales targets, customer lead time, OT delivery, and inventory health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functionally manage regional Supply Chain and logistics teams on multiple projects.
  • Design, implement, and qualify Supply Chain processes throughout the Offer Creation Process.
  • Coordinate all Global Supply Chain Region Logistics and Planning functions involved in the Offer Creation Process.
  • Provide visibility, reporting, and alerts on Offer Creation Process progress and Supply Chain planning tasks and KPIs.
  • Transfer responsibility from project mode to operations, ensuring Logistics and Planning processes are in place.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop Customer Logistic Offers that balance customer requirements with Supply Chain capabilities and costs.
  • Select or adapt, implement, and qualify End-to-End Supply Chain Architecture consistent with Logistic Offers and Schneider Supply Chain principles and rules.
  • Contribute to Supplier selection (including Tier 2-3) and Make or Buy decisions with Supply Chain cost and service evaluation.
  • Propose, formalize, and validate Logistic Terms and Conditions.
  • Coordinate Master Data creation and updates between all Supply Chain entities concerned.
  • Build and drive the launch for Finished Goods and components to secure availability and support sales.
  • Build and drive the ramp-down of old ranges and Product Withdrawal Plans to minimize scrap risk.
  • Ensure End-to-End Supply Chain Planning readiness according to each project stage gate.
  • Promote Plant-to-Distribution strategy in every project, aiming for only one step stock between Plant and Customer.
  • Optimize flows throughout the End-to-End Supply Chain.
  • Qualify Plant-to-Distribution strategy in every project, aiming for only one step stock between Plant and Customer.
