We are seeking a highly skilled Clerical Financial Coordinator to join our team in Mexico. This role requires someone with a strong background in accounting and finance, including general ledger and month-end journal entries.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial, clerical, and administrative services for efficient payment of accounts.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies, customer queries, and follow up on past due invoices.
  • Manage the invoicing process, confirming G/L impacts and distributing invoices according to customer requirements.
  • Process credit and debit memos and adjustments.
