Element Fleet Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist for Telematics and EV Charging Solutions, you will play a critical role in processing operational requests, managing installation and client support, and coordinating reporting for telematics and electric vehicle charging systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and report telematic installation volume on a monthly basis, including data analysis and reporting.
- Follow up on supplier and client requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage billing and accounts payable, creating and reporting billing detail records.
- Track and resolve technical issues with devices, including disconnections and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Project Management, and Telematics services.
- Proficient SQL skills and familiarity with coding languages.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and basic automotive technical knowledge.
- Fluent English language skills, with +80% proficiency in conversation, reading, and speaking.
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators to drive business value and align with company goals.
- Customer service experience and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
