Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with current clients, identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence.
- Manage the entire sales process, utilizing CRM tools to track performance and consistently meet targets.
- Pursue new business opportunities through persuasive calls, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team, and coordinate engaging demos.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies.
