Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and nurture positive relationships with current clients, identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence.
  3. Manage the entire sales process, utilizing CRM tools to track performance and consistently meet targets.
  4. Pursue new business opportunities through persuasive calls, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  5. Qualify leads, schedule appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team, and coordinate engaging demos.
  6. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies.
  • Tremendous follow-through and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Goal-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a sustained remote setup.
