We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Fastenal. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional sales support to our customers, assisting them with their industrial and construction supply needs. You will be responsible for managing inventory, placing and fulfilling orders, receiving and shipping inventory, and performing deliveries using a company vehicle.

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess or working towards a degree in Business/Marketing or related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
  • Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs
  • Able to speak fluent Spanish and English
