Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our efforts to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce obsolescence risk and increase efficiency of labor
- Identify and implement improvements to prevent non-compliance and ensure data and transactional integrity in our MRP system
- Manage plant capacity and operating to meet customer-driven trends and projections
- Train and develop Customer Analysts to meet customer requirements
- Act as an escalation point for logistics topics and coach Customer Analysts as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in the automotive industry or a similar field
- Experience with customer relationship management and inventory tasks
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, and APICS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and meet deadlines
