Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving inquiries, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Internal and external customer service attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Shipping Coordination and administration of purchase orders
  • Microsoft Office management
