Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to employees, managers, and HR professionals through timely and accurate first contact resolution.
  • Support Human Resource Operations team and business units with administrative transactions, data validation, auditing, and corrections.
  • Evaluate and enhance data integrity through audits of the HR Information System.
  • Analyze and improve work process design and flow for policies and procedures.
  • Offer policy interpretation recommendations and create training presentations to foster employee development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree.
  • At least three years of experience in HR.
  • Advanced English language skills (conversational).
  • Experience with HR systems management (Workday or Success Factor).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
