Job Summary

We're seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to lead the development and launch of new products in our Tijuana factory. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for introducing new products and modifying existing ones to meet agreed-upon launch dates and cost of goods. Your expertise will ensure seamless product launches, and you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives in partnership with commercial project managers.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new products in the Tijuana factory and modify existing products as per agreed-upon launch dates and cost of goods.
  • Manage the coordination of all activities associated with new product development and product change from inception through project completion.
  • Provide business-focused manufacturing support, analysis, and coordination for tactical issues.
  • Coordinate with all departments involved in projects.
  • Provide accountability and follow-up for all project meetings.
  • Determine the cost of goods for new products through quotes and final costing.
  • Work with regional and global material procurement teams on costing for new materials.
  • Identify sources for cost improvements and develop projects accordingly on existing items.
  • Lead by example, embodying Reckitt's values and compass.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Packaging preferred.
  • Project management experience in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on new product development.
  • Process flow definition and optimization experience.
  • Proven experience in leading new product introductions.
  • Project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to merge with multinational and multicultural teams.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with global, regional, and local function leaders.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
