Program Manager

The Program Manager is a key role at BorgWarner, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful programs. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive accountability and action within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Serve as the program owner, accountable for successful program execution, and manage the program based on the PDS Development Process to meet defined metrics.
  • Team Management: Lead a cross-functional Program Team to achieve success based on BorgWarner PDS metrics and customer requirements.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate a fundamental understanding of BorgWarner and customer norms, values, and expectations.
  • Influence: Lead by example, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the Program Team has the necessary resources to succeed.

The Program Manager will work closely with the Program Team to develop and validate program scope and customer deliverables, ensuring customer expectations for quality, timing, and product performance are met. This role requires a strong understanding of BorgWarner's products and services, as well as the ability to drive consistent positive dynamics and interactions within the team.
