About the Role

Scopely is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager II to join our User Acquisition team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games' growth and profitability
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize mobile campaigns on critical mobile platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Ad Networks, CTV, and Influencer marketing
  • Locate, negotiate, and develop creative solutions for acquisition
  • Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe
  • Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams
  • Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing
  • Be an expert in UA with key knowledge to lead a team
  • Raise flags for future potential issues that might arise if we continue on course or due to expected changes based on our current methodology
  • Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio
  • Ability to present and speak in front of leadership stakeholders from varying functions

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions
  • Hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
  • Looks for external emerging trends and ways to diversify and test new strategies across UA, ASO, Organic channels
  • Responsible for collecting and sharing project status and feedback to key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Prefer candidates with direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with Excel required, SQL is a plus
