Job Description

The Global Sales Optimization Manager will be responsible for controlling warehousing and services expenses, influencing business-as-usual practices, and achieving differential business goals. This role involves partnering with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement warehousing processes that enhance efficiency and set guidelines for return on investment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Implement the Sales Incentive Plan policy and complete any required updates or adjustments to meet administration and specific business requirements.
  • Significantly improve processes to enhance efficiencies in warehousing.
  • Document, optimize, and communicate processes related to Ortelius investment funds.
  • Handle all partners to ensure that Ortelius is efficient and fully functional, including information audits, timely results, and analysis.


Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to structure, prioritize, and solve poorly defined business problems. Additionally, the candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting and SAP functioning, strong spoken and written communication skills, controls management and understanding, and excellent business partnering skills.
