About the Role

This key position will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier sales managers who can drive our company's expansion and growth. You will craft engaging onboarding experiences, design and implement training programs, create motivational programs, and continuously refine and elevate training content and processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • HR Training Expertise - you have a solid track record in HR training, especially in dynamic environments such as sales-driven or franchise-based organizations.
  • Top-Notch Recruiter - skilled in sourcing, attracting, and nurturing talent to build high-performing teams.
  • Engaging Communicator - you possess exceptional communication and presentation skills that captivate and inspire your audience.
  • Creative Trainer - you can develop impactful training programs and materials that resonate and drive results.
  • Problem Solver - proactive and solution-oriented, you can identify areas for improvement and optimize processes with ease.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is your foundation.
  • Fluency in Spanish AND English or Russian is required.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, determined during the interview based on your experience, paired with an attractive bonus structure linked to sales performance.
