**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer to join our team at Schlumberger. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing conceptual and detailed engineering for facilities construction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Validate designs proposed by the engineering team and provide the necessary engineering for the feasibility and constructability study of the facility.
• Meet project schedules and advise management of any schedule errors or deviations.
• Prepare man-hour estimates for new projects and changes in design.
• Perform complex engineering and construction calculations to support the conceptual design.
• Provide fundamental engineering support tasks such as updating computer lists, filing prints, distributing drawings, and making simple calculations.
• Check the work of other engineers and drafters.
• Ensure project and company procedures are followed.
• Stay current on new technologies, materials, and processes.
• Travel as necessary to support design projects for field locations.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
