Main Responsibilities

  • Define and Execute Testing Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing transformation strategy that aligns with Citi's Technology Strategy and Business objectives.
  • Lead and Influence Execution Teams: Lead, influence, and coach execution teams to achieve greater maturity levels on testing practices, ensuring that they are operating with an optimum capacity and are efficiently and effectively providing services to the execution teams.
  • Manage Testing Practice Budget: Manage the Testing practice budget, ensuring that it is aligned with Citi's Technology Strategy and Business objectives.
  • Ensure Mature and Consistent Adoption of Testing Tools: Ensure that areas under supervision are operating with an optimum capacity and are efficiently and effectively providing services to the execution teams, and that testing tools are adopted in a mature and consistent manner.
  • Lead and Promote Increased Automation: Lead and promote increased automation for testing, data management, environment provision, etc.
  • Provide Updated, Stable, and Complete Lower Environments: Provide updated, stable, and complete lower environments to support the Technology Project portfolio testing activities.
  • Ensure Quality Metrics and Productivity Targets are Met: Ensure that quality metrics and productivity targets are met, and that processes are executed in compliance with global and local policies and standards.
  • Ensure Appropriate Service Levels are Met: Ensure that appropriate service levels are met by testing vendors, and that Citi is receiving the contracted service.
  • Lead a Team of 50 Direct Staff and 191 NEMs: Lead a team of 50 Direct Staff and 191 NEMs, ensuring that they are operating with an optimum capacity and are efficiently and effectively providing services to the execution teams.

Requirements

  • Strong Leadership and Influencing Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence execution teams to achieve greater maturity levels on testing practices.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive testing transformation strategy that aligns with Citi's Technology Strategy and Business objectives.
