Corporate Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Business Development Specialist to join our team at CEMEX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and deal execution.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in M&A transactions, develop valuation models, and evaluate transaction investment metrics to drive business growth and expansion.
- Analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities for CEMEX to improve its positioning as a leader in the building materials industry.
- Contribute to the development of materials for top management meetings, including Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other events.
- Work closely with corporate staff and regional operational areas, including finance, legal, tax, accounting, sustainability, operations, and technical teams.
Influence different stakeholders, handle stress, work with diverse areas and cultures, and manage short deadlines and last-minute urgent requirements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of work experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance, Controllership, Corporate or Strategic Planning, Business Development, Innovation, or equivalent areas.
- Advanced English required (C1/C2 or TOEFL/IELTS equivalent).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
