Job Summary:
HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Specialist to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and drive business growth in assigned segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret the key business drivers of our customers and identify opportunities for HITACHI ENERGY.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Lead the development and implementation of account plans and sales growth actions.
- Define and propose sales targets for the account and ensure their achievement through structured follow-up processes.
- Sell products and solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Create added value for customers and HITACHI ENERGY through coordinated sales approaches.
- Monitor competitors' activity and develop response strategies.
- Provide input on market price developments.
- Drive the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools.
- Resolve problems and ensure high-quality service to customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in sales of electrical equipment and machines.
- Knowledge in renewable energy.
- Experience in sales of power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.
- Negotiation, assertive communication, and leadership skills.
