Job Summary

Citi is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Sales team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets for financial products and services within your assigned district or location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated locations or assigned geographical coverage areas to increase revenue for the bank.
  • Proactively approach clients to establish real needs, understand their requirements, and interest them in Citi's products.
  • Provide advice and product information to clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products and achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
Requirements
  • Previous relevant Field Sales experience preferred.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to identify and recognize customer needs.
Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
