Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between GDDT and different functional areas within the DD&T team, providing strategic consulting support through key technical initiatives.
  • Exhibit thought leadership and actively lead in shaping the future Data, Digital, and Technology strategy and roadmap together with other GDDT & DD&T partners based on business needs.
  • Understand the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities of assigned business units/functions and proactively identify ways to support and add value through innovative solutions and insights.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, communication, and alignment to drive cohesive strategies, initiatives, and results.
  • Lead efforts to resolve conflicts, address issues, and build consensus among stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and commitment.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in assigned DDT to ensure GDDT/Business alignment at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant initiative information to appropriate levels of staff while proactively sharing optimization opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, life sciences, business, or related subject matter.
  • Minimum 10+ years of information management and/or related work experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • 10+ years of working experience managing external service provider partnerships, preferably within a pharmaceutical and/or biotech environment.
  • Proven leadership and management capability in a multicultural global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of information management, data quality, data constraints, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to listen and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to engage effectively with colleagues and senior business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of organization skills.
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management.
  • Experience with IT projects from start to end.
