Nasdaq is seeking an experienced UX researcher to lead our digital marketing and client experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Nasdaq's digital brand by creating understanding of our audiences across all of Nasdaq's marketing sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct primary and secondary user research to inform product decisions.
- Develop and implement user research strategies and methodologies to drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team.
- Five or more years of UX research experience.
- Bachelor's or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).
- Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration.
